Any modern browser with WebGL support: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Brave, Opera. Mobile browsers work for the launcher but the game itself is desktop-only for now (regiment commands need a mouse).
You command regiments of 100 soldiers, not single heroes. The game is about formations, flanking, terrain, and morale — closer to Total War or Mount & Blade than League of Legends. Each match is a 10v10 between two armies.
Yes. Add friends from the social tab, form a party, and you'll be matched together. You can also create a private room and share the room code directly.
We use Google or Discord for sign-in (no passwords stored on our end), TLS for every connection, and we don't sell your data to anyone. See the privacy policy and terms of service for the details.
Warstrife is in open beta. The core combat loop is shipped and stable; we're adding new content (officers, traits, races, maps) and tuning balance week-to-week. Match history and ratings may be reset at the end of beta.
